Claas Arion from now on Stage V

This year, Claas is equipping its Arion 500 and 600 series tractors with Stage V engines. Thus, these series of tractors comply with the latest emission standards. In addition to the engine, the hydraulic system has also been revised.

The Claas Arion 500 (125-165 hp) and Arion 600 (145-205 hp) are equipped with a DPS Powertech engine. For the 500 series, it is a 4.5l 4-cylinder. The 600 series is fitted with a 6.8l 6-cylinder. Both engines have a variable geometry turbo. For exhaust gas treatment, the manufacturer uses DPF, DOC, SCR and EGR.

Both series can be equipped with the powershift Hexashift or variable Cmatic transmission. The Arion 660 is available with the Cmatic transmission only.
The Arion series will also receive an update to the hydraulic system. There is a choice between 2 options, 110 or 150l. The tractors have 4 hydraulic connections at the rear and 2 at the front. These can be ordered mechanically (CIS) or electronically (CIS + CEBIS). The connections can be programmed by the Cebis terminal.
